Who We Are
Popular Nerd is a creative team of individuals with personal experience in living with or caring for a loved one with a developmental disability. We are passionate about people gaining access to current supports and services available and finding cultural supports you or your loved one may need. We are passionate about our work and have more than 30 years of combined experience!
What We Do
We provide a wide range of services, including Educational Support, Self-Directed (SD) Pre-Transition supports, Person-Centered plans, SDP training classes, and ongoing SDP support as an Independent Facilitator throughout the budget year.
